Designed to replace traditional incandescent and halogen bulbs with emergency lighting. Delta LED Bulb (DUO EMERGENCY SERIES) with 1,430 delivered lumens (11W), with 1-5year limited warranty.
Use it as a normally led lamp. While using the lamp, the battery inside also charging and you can use it during brownouts. How to use it during brownouts? Just push the switch in the “ON” position to turn on the lamp and the “OFF” position to turn of the led lamp.

There was no instructions of any information paper in the packaging, How does it work? How do we use it as emergency light?
We’re using it as a light bulb but how do we know if it really works on emergencies like sudden power outage?
